From what I see here: [Upgrading Guide](https://project-emerse.org/documentation/upgrading_guide.html)
It shows how to get up to 6.3, and it shows how to get from 6.4 to 6.5, but how do I get from 6.3 to 6.5?
Thanks,
Eric
