Upgrading from 6.3.2 to 6.5.x, there is a gap from 6.3 to 6.4

From what I see here: Upgrading Guide
It shows how to get up to 6.3, and it shows how to get from 6.4 to 6.5, but how do I get from 6.3 to 6.5?
